The Organization “Patriot of Ukraine” supports monoracial and mononational society built on the principles of the Ukrainian national greatness and social justice.

The Holy symbol of our Nation and Organization is Tryzub which symbolizes three our most important tasks in the Planetary, National and Racial, Individual spheres:

I. Present "civilized" humanity cruelly robs and destroys the planet. At the same time, exploitation of the natural resources doesn’t serve the aim of achievement of high priorities but the senseless accumulation of tangible assets. With this attitude to the planet global catastrophe will happen. The present situation can be changed only by the Force which is able to press its Will on the whole population of the planet and which will be guided by Morality using own domination for the benefit of all humanity and planet. This Force can be created only by the community of White people under the leadership of the Ukrainian Nation. Only we can limit the access to the Earth’s entrails and stop their robbery after coming to power and then use the resources of the planet to achieve the Harmony and Justice.

II. The European Race is the creator of human civilization and culture. All the highest, valuable and best things on our planet are associated with White Man. However, today European is on the verge of biological extinction. A well planned war is waging against the White Race on physical, spiritual, cultural, civilizational levels. All the time during its history Ukraine was the vanguard of the White Civilization. Now it is time to accomplish the main mission – to become not a shield but a sword of White Europe, to save White Man from extinction, create new Ideals, become a new Sun which will shine to the European Nations.

III. The harmony of the world can be created only by superior Civilization. The Ukrainian Nation is able to renew the development of the White Civilization. This will be possible only under conditions of overall and maximum development of Ukrainian Man who will become a Man of new standard – physically, intellectually and spiritually perfect. Realization of these tasks will become possible after implementation of the following program principles of our Organization:

1. Organized Ukrainian Nationalism struggles for creation of the political, social and economical order of the Ukrainian State based on the principles of Natiocracy. This has to ensure overall and maximum development of the Ukrainian Nation and all of its people.

2. Natiocracy is power of a Nation in its own State which is based upon organized and joint collaboration of all socially useful sections of the population united according to their social and professional functions in representative bodies of the state administration.

3. The main basis of Natiocracy is National solidarity (overclass system and anti-party principles), authoritarianism (personal responsibility by managers of all levels for their actions), qualitative social hierarchy and discipline, social control, self-organization and self-government system.

4. Natiocracy, from the political point of view, means the system when the political power fully belongs to the Ukrainian Nation through its most talented, idealistic, national and altruistic representatives who are able to ensure proper development of the Nation and its competitiveness.

5. The Ukrainian State by all means assists individual development of every Ukrainian man and its creative talents. Also it stimulates all the forms of self-organization in the terms of professional groups and territorial communities. At the same time, political parties, groups, organizations and ideological communities are forbidden in the Ukrainian State.

6. The principle of direct interdependence of rights and obligations is introduced on all state and social levels. Failing to execute the obligations before the Nation and the State involves limitations of the citizen’s rights or deprivation of the citizenship.

7. All the plenary supreme authorities (executive, legislative and judicial) of the Ukrainian State are in the hands of the Head of the State who is personally responsible to the Nation by his own blood and property.

8. The Head of the State executes his power through the State Government which is responsible to him and is headed by him.

9. The Head of the State convokes and dissolves the State Council and Supreme Economic Council.

11. The State Council is a legislative institution in the Ukrainian State. It is created on the basis of parity representation of all socially useful sections of the Nation.

12. The deputies of the State Council can’t buy or rent national property, run a business, hold stocks and bank accounts as well as private property abroad Ukraine.

13. The State Council consists of professional commissions which are its work members and are formed by deputies of appropriate speciality. Only professional qualities give a right to law-creating work in a corresponding field. The Head of the State and the ministers of the Government also have a right to legislative work.

14. Control over state finances is implemented by the State Control headed by the Chief State Supervisor who submits an annual report to the State Council about all incomes and expenses, government funds and general financial situation of the State.

15. Economic policy of the State is implemented through the branch Economic Councils and the Supreme Economic Council which are professional class institutions and directly represent the economical needs and interests of individual labour sections of the population.

1. The organization rejects signing international agreements and entering of Ukraine into any supranational economic and financial organizations which obligate Ukraine to waive part of its state sovereignty.

2. Dismantling of the capitalistic system which assists groups of economical and political parasites to rob working sections of the population.

3. Liquidation of all institutions and forms of political democracy as a political system which serves to the capitalistic system.

4. Deprivation of the conditions for renewal of the system of speculative capital by introduction of the uninflationary money, prohibition of the percentage system and land trading.

7. Creation of autonomous cycles of production in the industries which are crucially important for the National security, independence and self-sustainability of the Ukrainian state.

9. Support of small and medium business, protection of the national commodity producer by all the means available.

1. Agriculture has the highest priority for the Ukrainian Nation which is not limited only by the economical activity but first of all is an important element of ethnical health and social stability.

2. A Ukrainian peasant who works on the land has the exclusive land ownership right in the Ukrainian State.

3. A Ukrainian peasant gets the land from the State to use it on the lifelong and perpetual basis.

4. Only the Ukrainian State has a right to alienate the land to state funds because of the actions which are not worthy of a Ukrainian peasant (inappropriate farming, infraction of the norms of the ecological standards, serious criminal crimes).

5. The main forms of business running is peasant cooperation and individual farming.

6. Understanding the meaning of a village as a base of a Nation, the Ukrainian State takes it upon itself to support a village financially and establish fixed and not speculative prices upon agricultural goods.

7. The Ukrainian State takes it upon itself to finance scientific and technical agricultural projects in order to introduce newest technologies in a village as well as to create agricultural academies and courses where peasants will be able to upgrade their own professional level for free.

8. The State supports its own producer by strict protectionist policy in all the branches of agriculture.

1. The Ukrainian State considers the labour to be an ethical and social duty before the Nation and the citizens – to be the creators of spiritual and material values.

2. Ownership of all tangible assets belongs to the Nation and its working sections.

3. All kinds of physical and intellectual labour have social value and are worthy of respect when serving to the interests of the Nation. Taking this into consideration, Natiocracy introduces the principles of justice and parity in physical and intellectual labour remuneration.

4. Any social valuable labour is estimated by its quality and not by so called “prestige”. Honest fulfillment of duties guarantees to a man and his family worthy life and proprietary security.

5. The State takes the responsibility for the development and implementation of the national programs concerning the rise of population’s welfare independently on social status (national automobile, national house and so on).

6. Creation of sociopolises – ideal cities in the sense of ecology, sociality and economy instead of today’s inappropriate for living settlements polluted by industrial waste.

7. Creation of complexes of public health, parks, sport facilities, places of recreation. The widest state program of active recreation, healthy way of life which will embrace every Ukrainian man.

8. Creation of the Ukrainian territorial and professional organizations of mutual assistance which will help to create a new type of relationships between people and education of a responsible citizen.

1. The organization stands for great-power status of Ukraine and thus is against entering of the Ukrainian State into any blocks and supranational structures except those which are initiated by Ukraine and where it plays the title role.

2. In the foreign policy Ukraine defends solely its national interests relying on the powerful army and fleet, economical and cultural domination.

3. Initial priorities of the Great Ukraine will be the creation of the Central European Confederation under the aegis of Kyiv (the block of the countries which are situated in the geopolitical triangle Baltic – Balkans - Caucasus) which will provide geopolitical domination on the Eurasian continent by establishment of control over all important transport and energy routes.

4. The next step will be accedence of the Western European countries earlier rescued from the dictate of demo-liberalism and financial capital to the Central European Confederation.

5. Inclusion of the Russian State governed on the national basis into the European Confederation. This will allow to preserve Ukrainian and European domination in Eurasia.

6. On the Near East area the Great Ukraine relies on collaboration with the anti-Zionist Iranian state connected with the European civilization culturally and partly racially. Besides it has necessary resources which are needed for the Ukrainian industry.

7. The final aim of the Ukrainian foreign policy is the world dominance.

1. The most reliable allies of the Great Ukraine are powerful army and fleet. The Ukrainian Army must become the most powerful armed force of the planet.

2. Renewal of the nuclear weapons.

3. Creation of the professional army – National Guards which will consist of 150—200 thousand soldiers and will be the backbone of the Ukrainian Army.

4. Creation of the All-Ukrainian army of defence based on general military training and principle of territorial military departments.

5. Modernization of the Ukrainian Army by modern equipment which will be implemented by the national military industry and the best science.

6. Creation of aerospace forces which will have satellite groups and squadrons of space bombers and fighters of Lozyno-Lozynskogo.

7. Creation of the most powerful fleet of the Black Sea and the Eastern Mediterranean Sea as well as aircraft carrier squadron of the Open Ocean for quick actions in any part of the world. Creation of Ukrainian military bases in the allied states.

8. Creation of branches of military industries which are absent in Ukraine in order to achieve military autarchy (self-sustainability): aircraft construction (fighters), production of military rotorcrafts and shooting arms.

9. Fatherland Defender – Ukrainian warrior will have the highest status in the State that will be achieved by the propaganda of the exceptional army role for the Nation, the highest salaries, big social benefits (accommodation, education, automobile, etc.)

10. Preparation for the military service will start from childhood through the system of junior paramilitary organizations which will be provided by camps and equipment using the funds of the State and will cover all the Ukrainian youth.

11. Introduction of the maximum civil armament in the Ukrainian State to increase the foreign and domestic security potential.

1. Prohibition of commercial and private mass media as the centres of spreading of false, biased and manipulative information.

2. Informational society which gives huge amount of information (without real ability to interpret it) in order to manipulate people is destined to replacement by the society of Knowledge.

3. The State takes the responsibility to provide its own citizens by the full range of real Knowledge and prevent spreading of disinformation and using of manipulative technologies.

4. Mass media and journalists fully preserve a solely professional right – to deliver freely objective information to the society. At the same time mass media is deprived of the unnatural privilege to form so called “social opinion” which is the tool for massive manipulation of social mind. Under conditions of the political democracy it serves the parasitical goals of the oligarchic clans of the financial speculators – the present owners of mass media.

5. The Ukrainian State defends the independence of its own informational space by all means. Spreading information through foreign mass media on the Ukrainian territory is prohibited.

1. Implementing not formal but real Ukrainization. Introduction of not only the Ukrainian language into all fields of life but first of all the Ukrainian content in education, science, culture, art, literature, mass media.

2. Monetary compensations for the Ukrainian people during the process of mastering the Ukrainian language. Creation of mandatory courses of the Ukrainian language for all groups of people at the place of work on account of labour hours and with mandatory compensation by the state.

1. The goal of training and education in the Ukrainian State is creation of social type of a man who is capable of active creative life.

2. Dogmatism, particular specialization and disbalance between intellectual and physical development are not permitted in the educational field. Common society demands harmonious and universally developed individuality who is capable of adequate perceiving of reality and taking responsibility for his own actions.

3. Commercial education comes under total prohibition. The State assumes the responsibility for giving free and qualitative education upon all levels and also it encourages intellectual development of every Ukrainian by all means.

4. Complete freedom of researches and state support of their application in practice is introduced in Ukraine.

5. The State provides full-scaled support of fundamental researches and development of modern technologies which should secure the welfare of the Ukrainian citizens and leading positions of Ukraine in the present world.

6. Creation of the Ukrainian scientific cities which will allow to secure worthy living and labour conditions of the Ukrainian intellectual elite as well as to concentrate the intellectual potential of the Nation.

1. Conducting of the judicial reform with transference of the responsibility for making judicial decisions directly to judges that will make justice according to the spirit and not to the language of law.

2. Restoration of the death sentence for especially serious felonies as a remedy for society.

3. Increase of punishments for crimes against the Nation and the State.

1. Introduction of the punishment system for doing harm to the health of the Ukrainian citizens and pollution of the environment.

2. State assistance in the introduction of clean technologies.

3. Prohibition of importing any hazardous materials and transgenic products.

4. Introduction of really free medicine through proper financing of public health institutions and individual classes of population (old people, Chornobyl victims, etc.)

5. Prevention of diseases through the wide propaganda and state support of healthy way of life.

6. Introduction of strict punishments, including death sentence, for drug trading and aware spreading of venereal diseases.

1. Youth is the greatest value for the Great Ukraine and the base of the Nation.

2. The Ukrainian Nation makes all possible efforts to form active, creative, intellectual, spiritual and physically developed young Ukrainian citizen.

3. Big youth organizations covering all the fields of public life will be the means of forming of such a man.

4. The State is obliged to finance such organizations taking to attention that these costs are the best investments into the future.

5. Introduction of various contests, tests, competitions in order to find among youth future representatives of the Ukrainian elite and born leaders.

6. Ensuring of the fast progress of young personnel in the political, scientific, military, economical fields for the development of the country and prevention of possible stagnation.

1. The most important task of the Nation is preservation of its own biological life.

2. Taking this to attention, the radical increase of the birthrate of the Ukrainians should be the National program №1.

3. Today the Ukrainians as a Nation become extinct the fastest in Europe.

4. The national program of birthrate increase is aimed not only to stop extinction but to cause growth of population and power of the Ukrainian Nation at the same time, to give every Ukrainian family a chance to have 3-5 children.

5. The program will include unprecedented social guarantees: programs “youth dwelling”, “youth crediting”, State financial support, creation of wide system of medical and health (recreational) institutions “Health of Mother and Child”.

6. State demographic policy involves public opinion transformation regarding a family and a child from liberal (“every next child is a problem for a family”) to national (“every next child is support for a family”). The biggest families will be the most socially and economically secured in the Great Ukraine.

7. The State by all means available propagandizes traditional family values, sacredness of the marriage and motherhood and also prevents spreading in the society of amorality, feminism, sexual perversions and liberalism.

8. Abortions are destined to total prohibition except cases determined by only medical circumstances.

1. The State takes the responsibility on itself for the maximal raising of cultural level of its own citizens.

2. The corresponding state institutions are entrusted with the obligation to acquaint the maximal number of the citizens with the masterpieces of the Ukrainian and world culture.

3. The State cherishes idealistic world-view, devotion to spiritual maxims, cult of heroism, self-sacrifice and nobleness among its citizens.

4. The State stands against all decadent and corrupt art movements as well as materialistic world-view and egoism.
