Under conditions when the newest state not only doesn't justify the National expectations, but assists gradual and overall decline, degradation and extinction of the Nation, and demo-liberal propaganda raises individual rights above the nationwide ones, splits the unified concept of the Nation, when the National culture and traditions disappear conceding place to the global anti-culture and antisocial pseudo-moral, unified racial type of the Nation and linguistic environment are dissolved by alien racial and linguistic elements, an adoption of the Right of a Nation is needed to create proper conditions for stabilization and further development. Delay of an adoption of the Right of a Nation may lead to incorrigible consequences. Adoption of the Right of a Nation justifies any reasonable and sufficient violence and cruelty.

We, the Ukrainian Nationalists, overcoming selfish liberal individualism and Asian herd collectivism, put forward as the highest world value and ideal:

The Right of a Nation

1. A Nation as a natural community, the biggest living spiritual and biological organism which has common origin, racial type, mentality, language, residence area, culture, has an absolute right to live and save its racial and spiritual identity.

2. A Nation has an absolute and legal right to resistance in case of attempts to deprive it of its own self-sustainability.

3. A Nation has a right to conduct defensive and offensive struggle against forces which strive to destroy or deform it.

4. A Nation has a right to monoethnicity of its own state and also to total independent statehood and to ignore of international standards if they threaten the existence or normal development of the Nation.

5. A Nation as a reserved genetic population has a right to get rid of an alien racial admixture on its territory by the means of deportation of its carriers to the historical territory of their residence.

6. A Nation has a right to improve own health by implementing racial, eugenic and ecological legislation.

7. A Nation has a right to restore its natural spiritual, cultural and linguistic limits by the means of renationalization of its individual people and social regional groups of population which were denationalized as a result of an alien occupation, entering into multiethnical states or due to influence of a cosmopolitical culture.

8. A Nation has a right to establish a fair social order in the own country as well as get rid of parasitical stratums which tend to misappropriate tangible assets of the Nation by the means of economic and political manipulations.

9. The Right of a Nation is prevailable over partial rights of individuals, family and social groups. Their rights are implemented in the terms and without harm to the Right of a Nation.

10. A Nation has one necessary obligation – full implementation of the Right of a Nation by all means available.
